How Our Online Takeaway Ordering & Payment System Works
The Customer Experience
The ordering interface will be embedded into your website, social, Google listing and Sugarvine page. Your customers can then click on a dish, view an image, add it to their basket, choose a delivery or collection time – and then pay for it. It’s a very simple process – click here to see how it works.
Your customer gets a confirmation email that can be bespoke to you and they are prompted to agree to future marketing from you. The order will then come through to you by email and text and you can link it to a Wi-Fi printer.
Using Our Online Takeaway Ordering System
The back-end system allows you to manage your collection and delivery times as well as seeing historically what your customers have purchased. You can create discount codes to send to individuals or your whole email database.
As well as your regular takeaway dishes, you can create special offers such as ‘2 meals and a drink for £xx’ or a ‘Mothers Day Treat’ package that you can promote and sell individually. Through the system you can also set fees for delivery in certain postcodes or set free delivery dependant on a particular spend.
